Usage Guide

Recommended daily dose:

1 – 6 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon).
7 - 12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)

For winter usage:

1-6 years: 5ml-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) twice daily
7-12 years: 10ml-15ml (2-3 teaspoons daily) twice daily
