Delivery charges in Ireland of €3.50 for orders below €30 and free delivery for orders above €30.

Delivery
All goods in stock will be normally dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Customers who order out of stock goods or non-stock items will be notified of their availability and expected dispatch date by e-mail or phone in some cases.

All deliveries weighing under 1Kg are by general post unless specified by the customer. All deliveries over 1Kg are courier to you in person with a usual next-day delivery and must be signed for. We do not accept responsibility if a problem occurs with goods that are signed for on your behalf. We dispatch all goods in appropriate and safe packaging and cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, damage, loss, theft or accidents that occur after goods have left our premises, in transit or on delivery.

Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details including credit card information, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the products selected. It is also assumed that you wish to have your credit card deducted accordingly.

Returns
The company will consider the return of any product within 7 days of the date the item is received by the customer if it is undamaged, in original saleable condition and the packaging is intact, or if the item delivered is a product wrongly delivered on our part.
Goods may only be returned by prior written agreement with the company and must be returned in appropriate packaging to protect against their damage.

Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. Any refund offered will take account of packaging, delivery and other related charges incurred on the customer’s behalf.
Please note that we do not exchange items as a policy but always do our best to make shopping with us a good experience and will consider specific circumstances. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
